"Raindrop Flower"

I found this flower while wandering through a small town on the Mexican border in Texas. I was looking for a rare "Roadside Hawk" from Mexico. In San Ygnacio many of the homes had courtyard walls and these flowers were placed along the tops of many of the courtyards.
